Slip-On flange, also known as slip weld flange, is a type of flange that can slide over pipes or fittings when connecting. Slip-on flanges connect to pipes by welding both ends (inside and outside the flange). Slip weld flanges are commonly used for low pressure applications.
Slip-on flanges are used for the main purpose of connecting pipes, valves and accessories together. Locations that need to be dismantled for maintenance, replacement, etc.

Characteristics of slip-on stainless steel flanges
Slip-on flanges are manufactured from SUS 304, 340L, 316, 316L stainless steel so they will have outstanding properties:
Flanges can withstand high temperature and high pressure environments.
Slip-on stainless steel flanges have excellent corrosion resistance and high hardness, so they work well in many environmental conditions such as chemicals, sea salt, etc.
Slip-on flanges have an inner diameter larger than the pipe diameter so they can slide on the pipe.
Connection and installation are easy and do not require high technical skills.
Note: Slip-on flanges cannot be used to weld directly to fittings
