Straight tee, also known as T-shaped pipe, is a type of stainless steel pipe, commonly used in technological piping systems. This type of stainless steel fittings is manufactured from stainless steel grades 201, 304 and 316. Stainless steel is used to connect three pipe sections or redirect the fluid flow at the separation point into a T shape.

Popular types of stainless steel clamps today
Stainless steel threaded connector
Threaded connectors are stainless steel accessories used to connect pipes using spiral thread connections. Threaded stainless steel tees are commonly used for pipes of size DN50. Stainless steel threaded connectors have the advantage of being easily removable, facilitating faster installation and dismantling.
However, the stability of stainless steel threaded connectors is lower than that of stainless steel welded connectors. This is only a small drawback because threaded connectors still meet all requirements for durability, corrosion resistance, and low temperature resistance.
Stainless steel welding connector
Stainless steel welding rods are stainless steel accessories for connecting fixed pipes using a sturdy welding method. Stainless steel welding rods are manufactured from stainless steel materials such as stainless steel welding rods 304, 201, 316, etc.
The advantage of stainless steel welded joints is that they make the pipeline more stable than threaded joints and are highly durable. In addition, when using stainless steel welding connectors, it will ensure absolute tightness for the pipeline.
Distinguish between steady numbing and reducing stainless steel numbing
All stainless steel
Stainless steel pipes are designed with equal connecting surface diameters. They are T-shaped stainless steel accessories used to branch and redirect flow in three equal directions in a stainless steel line system. All stainless steel joints are connected to pipes by welding.
Stainless steel reducing numbness
The stainless steel reducer, also known as the receiver, is designed with both ends having equal diameters and the middle end having a smaller diameter to adjust the flow of fluid in the pipeline. Reducers are used to connect pipes in locations that divide the substance into three directions by welding, threading or gluing.
Basic characteristics of current stainless steel pans
Stainless steel pipes are quite commonly used during the construction of pipeline systems. People prefer to use stainless steel pans because they have the following advantages:
- Stainless steel tubes are cast in one piece so they will have the ability to withstand pressure and high pressure suitable for pipeline systems with pressure PN10, PN16, PN25,…
- Anti-corrosion, anti-rust and high temperature resistance, can be used in environments directly exposed to heat, chemicals, etc.
- Using stainless steel rods makes assembly and flow direction easier
- Basic stainless steel pans are produced from steel grades 304/L, 316/L, so they will have outstanding advantages of these steel grades.
